There’s something definitively luxurious about being served coffee in bed and a most exquisite way to start an ideal day. While sipping my coffee I write and catch-up on my correspondence.
Off for a refreshing dip in the pool and a sunny breakfast in the garden, under the shade of my fragrant blooming lemon, orange and kumquat trees.
Now it’s time to head to my art studio which is strategically located, overlooking the pool and lush green hills lining the horizon.
In my studio I spend hours experimenting with different mediums. In the afternoon, I finally get to open the kiln and pull out my latest glass creation. Following months of work to cast this recycled glass piece, when I pull it out of the kiln, it feels as though I’m assisting a birth.
I find the perfect spot to display my newest piece. A spot where the light brings it to life.
Now a well deserved aperitif and my favorite lineup of Mediterranean snacks.
Dinner under the stars, a midnight dip and sweet dreams.
